Step 2 : Also Download Yandex

Once you register and create an account an API key will be generated. Copy the key and try to save it somewhere like in a memo or email it to yourself. The Key will be needed to translate any android app into any language. 
Step 3 : Enter API Key
The API Key thus generated will be required to be entered in the AllTrans app under its Global Settings tab. 
Step 4 : Look for translate to language option
Having entered the API key, you are now ready to translate any android app into any language. To translate the app, go to the Global Settings and scroll down, look for ‘translate to language’ option. You will be provided with a set of options under the choose language option. Select the language that you would like to use. 
Step 5 : Swipe on the Apps to Translate Tab
I am sure there might be a number of apps that you would like to change their language as well. Swipe on the ‘Apps to translate tab’ in AllTrans there you will find a list of apps installed on your device. Click next to the app that you would like to translate and choose your preferred language.
